Cocaine - Rigorous imprisonment up to 1 year or fine up to Rs. 20,000 or both.
Morphine - Rigorous imprisonment up to 1 year or fine up to Rs. 20,000 or both.
Heroin - Rigorous imprisonment up to 1 year or fine up to Rs. 20,000 or both.
Cannabis - Imprisonment up to 6 months or fine up to Rs. 10,000 or both.
Repeat offence - One and half times the punishment for the offence. Death penalty in some cases.

Financing traffic and harboring offenders - Rigorous imprisonment 10 to 20 years + fine Rs. 1 to 2 lakhs
Knowingly allowing one's premises for committing an offence - Rigorous imprisonment 10 to 20 years + fine of Rs. 1 to 2 lakhs (Regardless of the quantity)
Attempts, abetment and criminal conspiracy - Rigorous imprisonment 10 to 20 years + fine Rs. 1 to 2 lakhs
Preparation to commit an offence - Half the punishment for the offence

Punishments are based on the drugs involved and the quantity of drugs. Drug related offences are non-bailable and do not require a warrant. After arrest, it is up to the court and the degree of offence that bail will be considered.
